1. Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if the Product does not work as described or does not meet your needs. Simply email us with your order reference.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email ifeolumichael@gmail.com with the email address used at purchase and your order reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method by our Merchant of Record.
3. Processing
Approved refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record (the authorised reseller that handled your payment). Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
4. Fair Use
Because BuildFlow is a digital product that can be downloaded and copied, we reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund activity, or requests made after the Product has been substantially copied or redistributed.
